Got this just in time. My husband for some reason had a swollen foot, and this was great! I put this in the freezer and used this for him. I like that this is reusable and can be used as a warm pack. It is easy to throw into a full freezer. I will be bringing two of these over for my brother in law to use too. Love this!!

I use them for my knee and one for my lunch bag. Keeps cold long enough to ice down my knee (20 min). Keeps cold enough in insulated lunch bag (3hrs). Small and convenient for travel. Would like it if the stayed colder longer but they do not seem to get rock hard in freezer so that is good.

I bought this for surgery recovery. Somehow it does not get as cold as ice, if that makes sense. I could not even feel this through a towel, and it melted so quickly that I had to put it back in the freezer after 15-20min. It did not freeze back up that quickly so I ended up just buying ziplock bags and using ice cubes which lasted longer and were cold enough to feel through the towel!

When I ordered the Icewraps I thought they came with at least one protective sack to my disappointment it didn't. When I have to use it I have to wrap it in a a face cloth which kinda take away some of the cold effect that I needed. Besides that inconvenience the order arrives on time as promised and true to size. They're big enough for any part of the body not bulky or too thin I like them. I had purchased other icewraps from other vendors before they were so thick made them very easy to be punctured, hard to manage and took long to be ready for the next use. Besides the disappointment of not having the protective sack I would recommend them to anyone.
