I just wanted to come on here and counter all the stuff other customers are saying about this product and explain to everyone how it really is.

1. "there's so much grease everywhere!" Yes, there is! It's a metal appliance that has moving metal parts- it needs a lot of grease to stay pristine during the selling process and if you want it to last long I would suggest oiling it up occasionally yourself.

2. "It's impossible to get the grease out!" No, it's not. Try using an actual degreasing agent instead of a wet wash cloth and then rinse the entire machine thoroughly with water. I simply wiped off the entire machine and then put new degreaser INTO the system and flushed it over and over- then rinse with water. All of my products are fine and theres NO GREASE coming in contact with anything I bottle.

3. "It's too hard to clean!" Okay, this isn't a crazy blender bowl that you rinse out and you're done. You have multiple pieces (the top, the pump itself, the dispensing block, the dispensing tubes, etc) that must be cleaned after use- all of which are metal so they're easily cleaned. I just pumped out over 1000 bottles of skin/hair care products, running 99% alcohol through the system in between different products, and then I cleaned the machine once and it took me 15 minutes because I was being thorough.

4. "it's not worth the money!" Okay, I would love to have gotten this for free but I didn't. Nothing else on the market is cheaper and works as effective as this does. I've tried a lot of other pumps out there and NOTHING has worked better and they were all cheapo $50 dollar items.

Look, if you guys want a machine for your business that you must maintain like any other piece of equipment then this is for you. It'll be your work horse and do everything you need it to if you maintain it properly. If you're one of those people who buys paper and plastic all day because you can't be bothered getting your hands wet then maybe you should look somewhere else.

Don't let all these crazy reviews confuse you. Just a disclaimer-- I DID NOT receive anything for my review. I paid the full price and have absolutely NO affiliation with the seller. I simply like the product and hate how people are demonizing it as if it's truly garbage.

Just use for the first time today. Not real happy with the directions. Ounce I cleaned it out I set it up and I like using it seems to be faster then filling with a funnel. It may take a little time switching to another vial if it a big differents in size as ther it a bolt on the bottom that comes up and another at the bottom of the shaft that comes down. The price is right I may just get another one and set each up for there own vial.

I LOVE the machine! Truly reduced production time for body oils. The issue I have is, the tension spring inside snapped (user error), I need to know the specifications of the spring, so it can be replaced since there was no manual included.

This was the best price I found for this sort of machine. It does need cleaned with mineral spirits before use. I took the WHOLE thing apart and cleaned it first. It was complicated to put it all back together but for the record, I think I went a little overboard and cleaned the mechanical inside parts when I didn't need to. I also went ahead and got some rubber washers instead of silicone. I'm using this machine for silicone based lipglosses and liquid lipstick, so I wanted to use something rubber instead. I got those at the local hardware store. Overall this thing is a pain to take apart clean every time I use it, but that goes with the territory and I am very satisfied with using this machine VS filling my containers with a piping bag or spatula.

Replace the first one and I just opened this second one they replace and now this one leaks
