Bought these for a MOLLE webbed backpack I received for Christmas last year. I attached a couple of the locking D-rings (one on the left strap, one of the body) and one of the web dominators (on the right strap). I work in a warehouse and I use them to attach my badge and keys when I am walking in and out of the building,

Greatly increases the attachment possibilities for your tactical Molle Gear!

I use these to fit all kinds of non-Molle equipment onto my molle backpack. I've attached a Camelback bladder, water-bottle sleeves, used them to route/secure USB charging cables, etc. The D-Rings are especially useful for quickly releasing added gear without having to fuddle with Molle Straps. I haven't used the Elastic straps very much, but they are definitely handy to have just in case (right now I just have a mini mag-lite slid into one of them, for no particular reason other than 'Because-I-Can')!

Little late getting this written. I must say these are wonderful, and work great. I use these on my Maxpedition pack with Molle system. I have been using these for more than 6 months, to some extent on a daily basis. The locking D-Ring see's more use. But they have held up well, and continue to work flawlessly. The bag is carried daily, and tossed in and out of trucks, and they are on the front side of the pack, so when its dropped it falls on them. They are a very snug fit on the MOLLE system, which means they are not going to slip off. I would get these again if I need any more.
