Used it foe thanksgiving turkey carving, worked perfectly. teh blades didn't get clogged in between and it powered through both flesh and bone.

Hoped it would cut through babyback rib bones, but it cannot. Hard to hold on to when cutting and my hands are not petite.

I was looking forward to a REAL electric knife - like they had in the old days. This would be fine on hamburger - or a very soft roll. Bella has such great cookware - I was expecting more! I have only had the knife for a week - but expect it will last forever as I will not be using it very much.

Cuts well with little excess vibration on the hand. Blades are easy to insert, clean, and replace. The hard-sided storage case is a definite plus. My only complaint - as a person with arthritis - is that it is difficult to grip for any length of time because of its size. Even with this caveat, I would recommend this as a useful addition to any busy kitchen.
