Bought them at a 2016 Pre Black Friday door buster sale at a big electronics store, literally for a song.
Informal test with 6.5GB of data. Write was 40 min. (Yes, 40 min.) Read was 6.5 min. That is pitifully slow.
That said, It serves my purpose. I intend these (bought a bunch of them for a song) to be 1 time use. I copy files and give it to someone and don't expect they will remember to return it.
Or if I just need to transfer a copy of files, it just takes a few more seconds.
