It attaches to bike with 3 points each side (did not fit my bike rack and had to return) with springs that are hard to lock. Not easy to put and take.

I was looking for a pannier for a commuter bike for my girlfriend. She has a blue bike that is cruiser style, therefore I had a strict criteria for a pannier that would match and work well.
1. not an 'outdoor' like material
2. Something she can take off the bike and carry with her into wherever she goes. Panniers without that feature doesn't make sense! Why would you leave the bag and belongings on a bike, outside.
3. Sturdy on the bottom
4. vintage/authentic material
5. Easily storable
6. Have plenty of space
7. Comes in a set of two bags
8. Affordable
This pannier provides all eight. If you're looking for a pannier for bopping around town, for grocery shopping, or going to work this is it. I haven't seen what its like in adverse weather, however. I would definitely recommend this product. It also arrived a day early.
