I finally found a hot/cold pack big enough to cover the large areas where I have pain, hallelujah! No more rewarming & moving a small pack every 15 minutes. So far, I have only used it as a heating pad, but am glad it can also be used cold. Very satisfied.

I absolutely loved this when it came in last week. It worked perfectly the first time I heated it in the microwave. I went back to reheat and the fabric burned and spilled contents in microwave burning the inside of microwave itself. I have had several products of this kind over the years and I am fully aware of how to heat it. I'm so disappointed. It was a great design. Please don't leave un attended if you are using the microwave. I'm glad I caught it before more damage was done or a possible fire started.

If you look at the pictures of this product, it looks like it should cover your entire back when wearing it length wise; it does not. I bought this for my dad who is taller and wider than I am. This wouldn't even span my daughter's back. Please show accurate size depictions! I am sending this back.

I have purchased many hot and cold packs for my medical conditions to try to get some relief.
This one is fantastic. I use aromatherapy on my body and in my diffusers so this back pad is an added plus since it contains them in it and they really do help.
Pros- stays warm long. Has straps on it to keep it secure. Can be used on more than just the back.
Cons- I wish it was a little wider. It's a bit heavy when you are walking with it on.
I would purchase from this merchant again.
