I recommend this product to everyone, after you check the ingred. to be sure you have no allergy to any of the greens. I like that it doesn't include mushrooms. Not only do I use for my smoothies but I also mix it into the food of my green cheek conures since they stubbornly refuse to eat anything green and leafy.
