It is very attractive, but the back panel is not securely attached and I had to reinforce it just so it wouldn't break off. But the best fun is that it is acoustic. While charging it amplifies any vibration or ring which is great during the day but at night it will bring you into startling wakefulness while you try to determine what made that noise. I'm going to have to dampen that a bit with felt.

Almost a year ago, I bought a larger size from this same company. I paired it with a bedside tray that attaches to the bed frame and they were both made from the same bamboo material. Perfect match! Not only that, but I attached a black metal drink holder and made the perfect setup. I didn't need anything else, and my electronics were being stored and charged by my bed. This was all an experiment to see if this would work for me. (Had a lot of failed systems in the past.) It was so successful, that my husband wanted one just like it. The tray was no longer being sold. The drink holder was the same. I could get another charging station though and I settled on the smaller size so he could he set his weather clock on the hypothetical tray. I did manage to find the same tray and drink holder on eBay which was a relief. Now we have matching bedside "tables" and they make a really nice system. I would highly recommend these charging stations. I want to also make it clear how awesome their customer service is. They contact you after you get the item to make sure it's all okay via email and/or phone with no instigating on your part. How many companies actually do that? They make it very clear that they want you happy with the product. I also remember customers complaining about the magnets that hold the top to the bottom. Occasionally I will swing my arm a certain way and accidentally hit the top part, knocking it off the magnets. It really isn't a big deal to me since it takes seconds to fix it. That's taking into consideration that my lamp dimmer is stored on it, my electronic cords, my wireless headphones, and my laptop. It still takes seconds to fix. The company certainly can't plan for my wild motions! :)

I wanted to like this, but I realize how I can cut myself my own wood and created something better. But no, I went for the lazy route and you get what you paid for. There are two parts to this stand, the base and the top divider. There was clear glue residue all over the top divider. Looked like a middle school child glued this together and didn't clean it up for a woodwork class. The base is definitely too small to fit a 4-5 port USB hub. I had to leave my anker charging port hanging outside half way just so I can wire my cables to the top divider.

And I really overlooked the other reviews that talked how small the base is and how there are clear glue residue all over this. Well..they aren't lying or nitpicking. It's for sure.

So far I have not found a USB hub that will fit inside. I can't give it more stars because it does not work as designed if you can't put the hub INSIDE the stand. That's the point of this stand, according to the description. If the seller can recommend a hub, then five stars it is. I will probably send it back.

Due to my response to CE Supply on Amazon they contacted me and asked me to call if I would like to talk about the product. I bought the small one because that is the size i really wanted. Of course we all found out that there wasn't a USB hub to fit inside. They agreed and asked me if I would like to try the new larger size that they would be shipping in a few weeks. I agreed. They sent me a new unit with the USB charger that they show on the page to go with it. It fits and works as advertised. It's not exactly like the smaller one--the layout of which I liked a little better, but it does the job I bought it for--it holds the USB hub, it hides the cords, and it holds multiple devices. CE Supply was very responsive and open to my critique. I would buy from them again.

The quality is great, the look is great, but it just doesn't do the job. Should have paid more attention to the reviews. It holds my iPad and my iPhone perfectly - with a very small footprint. HOWEVER, the USB charging hub doesn't fit inside the space allotted. The hub fits (about 2 x 2.5 inches), but once you connect the power cord, it can't be stuffed into the compartment. I can't find a smaller hub. I would return it, but don't want a bigger station and I really like the look. I plan on attaching double-sided velcro to the stand and the hub, and attaching it on the side that doesn't show.
