I ordered this on 4/13/22 & had one of the controllers stop working. I called Customer Service and they were AWESOME & are sending me a new one out today 9/5/23! So happy I reached out to them! The Representative was extremely helpful as I did not register my product when I received it last year, but he registered it for me today & it will now be on file should I have any issues as it has a 5 year warranty. It gets REALLY warm and I have to keep at lowest setting or turn off. The plastic block connector is right where my feet hit. Find myself having to put feet off to the side of center. I'm 5'9" so if you are shorter it might not bother you. It's also a bit small on the sides and ends. The top where it gets warm is large enough but hard to stretch it over the mattress.
