I hope they last what they indicate, in conventional discs I have lost memories because they have a useful life that approaches the 5 years.

these are awesome. you can put several DVD's worth of media or documents or whatever on them. and Unlike the traditional DVD/CD media. this is lifetime media. there is no dye layer to fade over time.

It has been nice to work with media that is supposed to stand up to the elements. You can certainly feel the difference when handling it over traditional DVD and BR media. I only hope that the devices capable of supporting the media access will be around in the years to come.
