This conditioner is the best conditioner you will ever use in your hair. The reason it receives a four-star rating is due to the shipment. The dispenser cap was half off the bottle and a small amount of product was coming out. It also did not have a cap on the dispenser indicating it was used. It is as if I received someone's returned product. If Monet would improve their product packaging and shipment of this item, it would receive a five star rating. Otherwise, Monet produces excellent hair care products.

I buy Monat to reduce scalp dryness/itchiness after washing my hair. It's works very well. I just rub a few areas of my scalp only with this product. I don't spread it on the rest of my hair as I have another product for this. Since using this product, the itchiness is greatly reduced. I bought Monat for my 97 yr old mom too since she was asking about what to do about dry scalp. She 's been happy with it too.
