I would have gave this doll 5 stars but sadly my my doll arrived in a crushed box the obvious pros is Elsa is absolutely beautiful the dolls face painting is flawless no wonky eyes hee hair is okay her dress is beautiful yet not drown in glitter hasbro has done a way better job then mattel this is a much needed step up the dolls good a quality for $9.99

This doll was a hit. Only thing (and it didn't effect my rating) is that the shoes keep falling off. I ended up gluing them to her feet. Great price and having both Elsa and Anna was a lot of fun for my kids this holiday season.

This doll was pictured with eyes looking forward and the one I received has eyes that look to the side. I believe the correct item should be sent and there was one for sale with the eyes looking sideways. I still like this doll and its a cutesy image, like the Elsa of the Frozen movie. A bit of chipmunk cheeks. Very giftable.
