I would give it a 5 but I have been trying to order another shade and it's a different color I have order twice now. Love the color and it works great if I could just get another one the same color. Every time I reorder they send me a white on but it's labeled natural color :(

Easy to install and perfect for our use. We needed shades to use for a couple of years in our granddaughters room. Safe as cordless and easy to operate. These need to be treated gently when raising and lowering. For our purposes we are only raising and closing two days per week when we watch our granddaughters.

I've been wearing "eye covers" to help me fall asleep due to a street light that shines through my window. This shade did the trick and one stick. I especially like the fact that you can simply pull it up with your hand. The old one I had needed clips. It looks nice, but I wouldn't use this as a window treatment. I have sheers in front of it and curtains that I close at night.

We purchased two of these shades both arrived damaged. Opted for replacements to be sent and the first one looked ok upon arrival but once it was put on the window the shade would not stay up. The sticky strip ruined the molding when trying to take it off!

One of the blinds has stopped functioning and will not stay in an up position! Love the product, however they need to work as directed.
