Like sleeping on craters after two months! (See Photo)
Marcus T✓ Verified Purchase•September 10, 2017
Two months in and it feels like sleeping on craters. The mattress started to sag in various areas after the first month. There is absolutely no support where we sleep. I tried rotating the mattress but the results were the same. Firm in some places and like craters in others. I am 200# and my spouse is half as much. We had a queen memory foam previously and loved it. I have posted pictures of the mattress on a platform bed. As you can see the mattress is not level from side to side or front to back. The frame is level. It only gets worse as you lay on it. The mattress was opened upon receipt and allowed 72 hours to fully expand. The first week I felt supported but it began to fail from that point. Now I have lost a couple of hundred dollars and will need to dispose of this mattress. It was a huge waste of money and time. I do not recommend this particular mattress. Buyer beware!
6 month review

6 month update. After sleeping on the mattress 3 months it started to sag, we rotated it to fix the problem. The problem has only gotten worse, now my wife 150 pounds and I 220 pounds each sleep in our own divots in the bed and we both wake with a backache most days. Today I woke with shooting pains due to the poor support. For the price I didn't expect it to last 10 years, but six months is ridiculous. I wish more people would post longer term reviews than these reviews immediately after purchase, they are really misleading. Will be ordering another mattress.
Best thing I've ever bought on Amazon, not kidding
madison✓ Verified Purchase•May 10, 2017
I very rarely write reviews (although I should), but I had to for this mattress. This is hands down the best thing I've ever bought on Amazon, and trust me, 90% of everything I buy comes from here. I love this mattress so much I swear I've become a pseudo brand rep for this company. For the first week it was all I could talk about. When we starting shopping for a larger bed, I did A LOT of research. I looked for weeks and thought it was too good to be true when I found this online. I was also nervous because I've never bought a mattress without testing it in person, let alone one that comes rolled up in a box. My boyfriend is also very particular and likes a really soft bed while I like mine more firm. But let me just tell you, this mattress is everything it promises and then some. I kid you not, it is the most comfortable mattress I've ever owned. It is the perfect combination of soft yet firm. The fabric is so soft you could sleep on it without any sheets. You literally sink into the top like clouds. I'm not sure it's possible, but my boyfriend might love this bed even more than I do.
The mattress came rolled up and vacuum sealed in a box to our door. It immediately plumped up as soon as we took it out of the package and there was no smell whatsoever. On the packaging it says to give it at least 48 hours to plump up to it's full size, it didn't take anymore than an hour to be the full 12 inches. This mattress also comes with a warranty which is incredible.
We also bought our new bed frame from this company and it is just as incredible. Super easy to put together and really sturdy.
If you never buy anything off Amazon again (which you would be crazy for) you need to buy this mattress. Do not spend an absurd amount of money on one at the store. You won't regret it.
Photos below are before we received our Zinus bedframe which is just as amazing as this mattress.

Strong toxic-like chemical smell... how to solve it....
Dan•April 16, 2017
Very comfortable mattress but also a very strong, unwanted chemical smell (initially...). Highly irritated my nose and throat. Airing out via window and fan did not help. White vinegar and baking soda did not help... but something else did! An air purifier! So... let me start by explaining why the smell was there and what can be done!
WHY THE SMELL?
According to AmeriSleep, memory foam smell comes from a reaction called "off-gassing." If you've ever smelled fresh paint, dry cleaning, or the inside of a new car, that's off-gassing. New foams and many other manufactured products experience off-gassing. It happens when "volatile organic compounds" (VOCs) break down. As opposed to being stable, these "volatile" (or unstable) compounds break apart, most commonly forming gasses "” hence the term off-gassing. In mattresses, the most common place to find VOCs is in the foam and adhesives. They can include chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs), formaldehyde, benzene, methylene chloride, toluene, trichloroethane, naphthalene, perfluorocarbons.
HOW I SOLVED THE SMELL PROBLEM...
Because I live in an apartment, I didn't have the luxury of simply taking the mattress out into the backyard to let it air out in the sun. Would have been nice. So I had to find a different, more confined solution.
I removed the soft knitted jacquard cover because I didn't need more VOCs in my room. The mattress is still very comfortable without it.
I purchased an air purifier (GermGuardian AC4825, link at bottom) because it seemed promising. The air purifier features UV-C light. According to American Air and Water, UV light itself can not destroy VOC but UV is used as a part of a process called Photocatalytic Oxidation which can reduce or virtually eliminate VOCs from the indoor air. In the Photocatalytic Oxidation process VOC are trapped by a photocatalyst - most often titanium dioxide (TiO2) - which is activated by high intensity UV light. The harmful VOC are oxidized and turned into water and carbon dioxide. And if you read the product description of the air purifier, you'll notice it says "UV-C light technology works with Titanium Dioxide to kill airborne bacteria, viruses, germs and mold spores" where the keyword is "titanium dioxide".
So after using the air purifier for one night, I noticed a significant improvement in my symptoms. I can now be near the mattress without experience heavy nasal congestion.
Keep in mind, I had already tried airing the bed via fan and window, so your mileage may vary. But other reviewers of the GermGuardian AC4825 air purifier have attested to it's effectiveness in solving the memory foam smell.
I suggest getting a textbook or a small plastic lid and placing it in the center of the now-uncovered mattress, then placing the air purifier atop the lid or textbook. See picture...
WHY THREE STARS ONLY?
I'm giving this product three stars because I wasted so much time trying to remove the smell. Otherwise, it's a comfortable bed.

EXCELLENT Matress!!!
Amazon Customer✓ Verified Purchase•February 9, 2017
We bought this in a king size. Omg let me tell you its VERY comfortable and very close to even the $2,000- $4,000 Temperedic bed mattresses!! (Trust me, right before buying this mattress, we visited a bed store and laid on those very over priced foam Temperpedic beds)! This is pretty darn close and LESS than HALF the price!!! Such a steal!! Its already almost 12 inches and we just recieved it a couple of days ago! My husbands back already feels much better. We also just bought a new king size bed frame (shown in photos) and we used NO ply wood and NO box spring and you can see how high it still fits! And the new bedframe even sits pretty low. So...go out and get one of these, highly recommend!! And the shipping was only 2 days with prime!
