Must have for a puller. I originally ordered a size 5 for my 14 month 110 pound Great Dane. It was way too big, couldn't even use it on the tightest setting. I returned it and got a size 5. I have it all the way in and it fits her great. She's 17months now and still haven't had to adjust it out. There is no doubt it will fit her when she's full grown. She was a heavy puller on walks. I've tried the plastic prong collars and harnesses to no avail. It does take while for them to get used to it and to stop pawing at it. But now she walked perfect with a loose leash. Must have

It would not hold shut on my dog at all he could not keep it on. Used it once. I might be doing something wrong but with no instructions i have no idea.

Absolutely love this head collar. I have a 100lb German Sheperd & a miniature Aussie that pulled worse than my German. I could never walk them together. I tried all sorts of collars, harnesses and the more expensive head collar from petsmart (which wasn't comfortable on my boy & would slide up his nose). Nothing worked. I got both dogs one of these and it changed my life. I can now walk both together! I read the reviews before I bought it and I did size down bc they are smaller. For my German I got a medium and for my 45 lb Aussie I got a small! Recommended this to my friends with dogs who are pullers and it has also helped them greatly. My boys can now go on walks that aren't strenuous to myself or them. The collar fits snuggly on their muzzles & the padding is amazing. It doesn't slide up the muzzle like the ones from petsmart. Will purchase again if mine wear out!

This is HUGE! It is very much too big for my 50 pound lab, although I measured his snout, and the Medium should have been fine. If he was as smart as my border collie, he'd have it off in less than a second. As it is, he has slipped it off accidentally, a time or two. This type of product is ineffective unless it fits closely behind the ears, to press on the submission points and help a dog feel relaxed and comfortable. I will have to cut it apart, shorten it and put it back together, though I'm not the craftsy type. Right now, I'm just not using it at all, so it's not a satisfactory purchase. The quality seems okay, if the sizing wasn't off.

The collar is well made and would probably work fine, except the size I ordered is too big for my toy schnauzer. When I started to return it I was going to have to pay almost as much for return postage as I gave for the collar. So I decided there was no point in returning it, I didn't want to order another in case it didn't fit either. If you order one be sure to measure very carefully, if the collar is too big it slips off the dog's nose and will not work as intended.
