It is possible that these still need to break in more. I've done 7, 1 hour sessions with a lot of heavy and waterbag work.
Most reviews say that they run small. I'm 5'10 171 and (with wraps) I have a lot of room. Maybe too much.
My coach didn't like them the day I bought them because he said the thumbs were too straight. Sometimes I catch my thumbs at the tip when throwing hooks.
The cuff is very high on my forearm.
The first few sessions we're really tough on my knuckles. This has stopped as they broke in.
They are very breathable, they still smell fine.
They are heavy.
They seem to offer great padding.

I'll give them 3 stars because this gloves are hard to break-in, and you better have some patience because it takes a little while for that to happen. They're build tough though, i hit the heavy bags 2 hours Mon through Friday, and they can take a beating, no issues so far with the stitches or the construction of the glove in general, i don't have wide fingers, but they're long, and my hands were sore almost daily for the first 2-3 weeks, while doing the break-in, they have lots of padding for the knuckles, and they support my wrists well, i've been using now for a couple of months, and still i don't feel they have fully broken in yet, though i'm working them out fairly good. they seem like they will hold the beating longer than other boxing gloves i've had before. So will see what happens in the next 3 months or so.

The only reason that this is not a 5 star is the thumb location. Since the top of the glove is slightly flat, I occasionally hurt my thumb (could be my fault!!!!) whenever I have a new boxing partner holding the pads. Other than that, This is a fantastic glove. Rugged and very nice to punch with. Thanks

Got my package in less then 18 hours. And it came in a box nicley packaged. As for title and other cariers they just put your gloves in a bag and send it off. Didnt like that very much. Item came in a package well wrapped. Haven't used the gloves yet but the glove feels great. They are a lil snug but the good kinda snug cuz I know once they break in they're going to fit perfectly. The strap and Velcro on the gloves are of great quality cuz it's hard as hell to pull the Velcro off once it's on and I find that as a good thing cuz you know it's gonna last and the wrist support feels good cuz the strap is pretty wide. I will do a falllow up.

These are a great pair of gloves for the price. I bought the 16oz version of these and I primarily use them for heavy bag and mitt work. They are very comfortable and snug. They have great wrist support with a nice thick Velcro strap. I've worn these with both gel glove wraps and regular 180" wraps and both feel great. The leather quality seems really good. Stitching is good and thumb placement is good. Only time will tell how these hold up,, but after two weeks with about 30mins to 1 hour of work every other day....they've been awesome. I also recommend, as with any glove you use, always wipe your gloves down when done with a session. I wipe mine down with a leather cleaner/conditioner on the outside and spray a bit of Lysol on the inside then stuff it with newspaper to dry. This method has always worked great for me in caring for my gloves and keeping them fresh.
