Everything is included, but a hydrometer and the hydrometer tester, to test alcohol content You'll need bottles and corks. I recycle bottles, so corks are needed later in the actual bottling process. I've made wine before, so I found this kit very inexpensive, but including everything I needed. I have the hydrometer, so I just added the plastic tube to test it. It includes recipes for just about every kind of wine. To find out what the different bottles are for, read the label. If that isn't enough, Googling is not THAT hard!

Basically everything is there in small quantities. Not very helpful Manual. Will go online to learn what to do with these materials. Disappointed for sure.
