Wow!!!! Highly impressed by this cutting board!! Wow, Wow! I bought this for a friends wedding shower. I know she is going to love it!!! High quality wood, durable, love the writing & style, love the color of the woods, beautiful, love the fact that it was designed fast and shipped super dooper fast, and I can't say enough about this cutting board, it's awesome!!!

I just received my personalized cutting board and I love it! It will be a great gift to my husband for our anniversary this weekend. He loves to cook and this is wonderful. I think the only other thing that I would have liked would be if the cutting board came with wood oil and/or stoppers on the bottom (or an option to purchase). I just purchased some so it's not a big deal. But for someone who uses cutting boards a lot, both are lifesavers. Extremely satisfied with the product and can't wait to show it off!

Fabulous customer service! The first cutting board I ordered, they had not done the personalization correctly, but I received the package about 2 days after I ordered, so super fast in shipping. When I realized the issue, I emailed the seller and sent them a photo. I offered to return that board, but they told me to keep it and that they would send me a new one with the proper customization. I received the new cutting board within days, exactly as I had wanted it. Wonderful service!

As for the cutting board itself, I kept the original one (I shipped the corrected one off to my just-married friends), so I was able to try it. The engraving looks really nice, and the letters are nice, dark and legible. I used the cutting board for cheese and vegetables, and it worked as I would expect a cutting board to work. It's got nice heft to it, so it feels solid.

The only drawback, and this is likely just an issue with the bamboo, is that after I washed it and put it in the dishwasher to dry, the bamboo made the entire dishwasher smell a bit funny, kind of like dirty socks. So now when I dry it, I leave it out in the open to dry. Maybe the issue goes away after a while, or maybe it won't. But if I let it dry in the open, the smell isn't so bad. Perhaps if I got a different type of wood it wouldn't smell.

Overall, I think it was a great purchase, especially with such wonderful customer service. I will definitely buy from them again if I need something like that again.

I was shocked they were able to do custom and get to us in 2 days via prime!! The work is beautiful , I was looking on Etsy for a similar product and they were $30+ more and took about 3-5 weeks to get it!! So happy I found this. Awesome awesome

We got one for each of our kids and their spouses with their anniversary dates as the "established" dates, but there are several styles of engraving available. Our kids loved them (someone had given us one as a gift). The boards are beautiful, dark wood (you can use the side without engraving, if you really want to use it as a cutting board -- ours is just for decoration). American Laser Crafts responded immediately and did laser engraving exactly as ordered. We would order these again as neat and unusual gifts and would not hesitate to order products from American Laser Crafts..
