Fits the 2017 iron 883. However, if you changed out the stock seat for a smaller solo seat, you'll have to bend the front bracket of the rack since it will need to rest right on the fender (I was able to do this with a pair of pliers and a rag to protect from scratching the paint with the pliers). However, doing that made some of the paint ripple and chip anyway. Not that big of a deal to me, but thought it should be mentioned. If you use the stock seat, the front bracket of the rack can go over the bracket from the seat and screw the bolt into both. Speaking of the bolt, if you don't already have an additional solo seat nut and seat bolt, you'll have to purchase those separately . Unless of course you're using the stock seat. In that case, you might be able to use the original if it's long enough. But with my smaller seat being one hole further to the front, I had to get the additional. Anyway, hope this review helps someone.... for the price this is a great rack for carrying a little extra on your bike.

Just got it. I have a 2007 1200 Custom Sportster. It fit the stock fender perfect. I had some of the same issues I read on the comments, It did wobble a bit and looked like I might have to bend it as well. Then I put the rack directly on the fender and put the tab from the seat over it. This solved the wobble issue and I didn't have to bend it.

Serves it's purpose but I knocked a couple of stars because it tilts easily to the sides like the screws are a pivot point.

i had to turn this around backwards for it to fit good on the fender. putting it the correct way would not bolt up without cutting plus it would sit way back on the fender.

Fit my 07 sportster good. Might want to bend the front bracket a bit to get a better fit. I wish it came with the mounting hardware but I was able to use some stuff I had laying around.
