Great for bread. It's like a steam oven. Makes for nice bread.
The only issue is that water condenses on the inside of the oven, and will rust the steel if you don't wipe the water off. I treated the steel with some anti rust stuff.

I think this little oven needs some more R&D. It is tinny and small, they show it with a turkey on tv, but it can only hold a small chicken. It is a great idea, but its time has not come. Maybe when they improve the design and place quality parts , I will buy it again, but I am absolutely positive, I do not like this one.
