Easy to assemble 2 sided bedrail.

I purchased this for a twin bed we were moving our 2 year old into. It was easy to assemble and set up. It covers a good portion of the bed so I don't worry about her falling out even though she still sleeps all over the place. I love that one rail folds down so it is easier to change the sheets. The fold down mechanism isn't the most user friendly so if you wanted to fold it down frequently it might be cumbersome. But it certainly works well for how we use it.

These work really well on our queen size bed. They are actually a little shorter than they say, just by about an inch but depending on how tall your mattress is that could be a big deal to someone. Just a reminder, only ONE SIDE folds down. It says so in the description but somehow I missed it so I was a little disappointed when I realized that. But that's my own fault.
We have even traveled with this and it worked out great. Overall a good product.

Kept our toddler safe, but boy is it a pain to change sheets when using these rails. I could never lay out the side that comes down because the buttons are so hard to press. I had to wiggle around the mattress to get the sheets on which then resulted in the rails moving out of place. The whole thing was quite the process. No thanks!

The product itself is awesome. They have a new design from 6 years ago. I used these with my oldest. They now have a bar that you push the mattress under to prevent your child from sliding between the bar and the mattress. It was easy to set up however instructions aren't very clear. It took a little thinking power to figure out how to set it up. Oh and this bed rail is perfect for the type of bed my daughter has. It's a sleigh bed with a standard queen mattress. So everything fit perfect. Make sure your mattress is above the side bed frame for the rail to lower properly.

Can not say enough good things about these. They installed relatively easily and more importantly have kept our almost 2-year-old son safe and secure in his new big boy bed. With a new baby on the way, we decided to transition our son to a full-size bed in his new room and needed bed rails. After doing a lot of research about options we landed on the Summer Infant Safety Bedrails. Not only was the price right but the mesh sides and collapsable side make changing the linens a breeze. Would definitely buy again.
