Bought these for my son who plays lacrosse and has very stinky equipment! We live in Seattle so he's always practicing or playing in the rain leaving his gear to stay damp. Saw the sticks on Facebook and decided to give them a try. They were put into his cleats and the next morning, the funky smell was gone! It was a Christmas miracle, so I bought another set to use in his gloves. We tried to use in the elbow pads (which really stink), but it didn't fully get rid of the smell. Maybe it's because they are open ended and the gloves and cleats aren't. Either way, if your child has funky smelling equipment these are definitely worth buying.
My glove stank may be too much for these...

Whenever I see a product that is rated as 4 or 5 stars, that always gets my attention. That being said, I had been in the market to purchase another deodorizing product on Amazon when I came across these. With so many 5 star ratings and glowing reviews, I thought I'd give them a try. As a reference, my sport is boxing and muay thai, and not lacrosse or hockey. I train 3-4 times a week, and my gloves are horrible stink. Actually, it wasnt the gloves only, but more so my hands when they came out of the gloves. They were so bad, they could kill someone. In using these, I have noticed a slight change in the smell of my hands when I am done, but they do still stink. I think the biggest thing is that they dont remain stink as long as they used to before I started using the Glove Stix. The actual gloves themselves are not bad as well. I'll keep using these and update after a few months.

I wanted to make sure we had a good chance to use this before posting this review. Our son has the nastiest smelling feet ever. Just sitting in the same room with him was a struggle because of the smell. When I saw this product on Shark Tank, I knew we needed to give it a try. After only a couple of weeks, you could really tell a difference. Everyone in the house noticed, and we have a very large family of mostly boys. :) I would highly recommend these and will not hesitate to order replacement filters and even another set. Worth every single penny.

These totally work! My daughter runs cross country and you can't get much worse than the smell of cross country shoes after they have run through wet grass! They take a few days, but they definitely work! They are better at preventative, but they did pull the stink out!

I'm a beer league hockey player whose habits about airing out my gear after a game go back to when I played hockey as a kid-- when I just stuffed everything into the bag, zipped it up, and left it in the garage until the next game. My wife suggested I try these, and they work! I don't put them into my gloves, I put them into the whole bag and try to move them around once or twice before I skate again. The amount of stench they remove is really impressive. The company's customer service is also outstanding. Highly recommended!
