This is life changing for me. I usually sleep with a pillow between the legs, behind the back, and one under my arm. I've had weird ear pain using a memory foam temperpedic that I paid well over $100 for. I put that aside to collect dust and solely have this on my bed. Super comfortable and not too soft or hot. Get the pillow case since the zipper one that comes with it is only a thin cover.

Very large and comfortable, it seems to be maintaining its shape! Been using this for over a month now, only complaint is sometimes I get too warm being surrounded by this big pillow! And it's hard to figure out how to make the bed or where to store this when I'm not using it because of the large size, but I like all the ways I can fold and scrunch it to sleep well.
