Great burger with the help of a great tool.

received and used it yesterday. used 8 oz of 80/20 ground beef. i think i'll reduce to 6 oz. seemed a bit large. easy to use and i must say one the best burgers i have ever had. filled with mozzarella cheese, bacon and jalapenos. infused with garlic evo and then a light coating prior to placing on the grill. easy to use and clean up in the dishwasher makes it very convenient. well made from solid material.
i am still waiting on the email to get the book. i do not know if there is a lag. I'll be calling later today if nothing arrives in my inbox.

Another reason to love a holiday...what a difference you can make in your all american "holiday" burger. You are limited only by your taste buds, or the taste buds of your guests. The burgers are huge (if you make them the way I do) and they are outstanding...finally we have a choice.

I bought this burger press on a recommendation from a good friend. After I received it, my husband took control and started looking at the instructions, viewed a You Tube video on how to make stuffed burgers and went to town. We have had stuffed burgers twice this week and they were fantastic. I wish I would have known about this a long time ago. There are great recipes on the web for all different kinds of stuffed burgers. I can't wait for my husband to try another recipe.

I was getting ready to host a neighborhood elkburger roast and found this just in time. This was a lifesaver. I made 40 patties in a really short time! The burger didn't stick and was easy to remove. Thank you so much. Now looking forward to stuffed burgers.

Making the patties where always time consuming. With this little guy it's a breeze!! Very well made. Not cheap thin plastic.
Put anything in the middle...cheese....bacon, onions you name it. I was skeptical since I once worked as a chef but not after my first used of the "stuffed Burger Press"!
