So I'm on the coast in Boston and we just had a terribly cold winter. I did patio over last year, wanted TV and seen the outdoor tv pricing and had heart attack.
So I bought a refurbed TCL 55" tv for a few hundred on eBay. Got a outdoor rated wall attachment and this cover.
I left the tv outside all winter and it was brutally cold. I did put a beach towel over top of tv and then this cover in the fall due to condensation occurring inside the cover on the tv and it was pretty significant.
Anyways today is a beautiful day I removed the cover and the beach towel. I let the TV air out for an hour. I didn't see any issues or water on TV.
Plugged TV in and it works wonderfully. So this is without a doubt the most cost effective option. If you want to spend 8 times more on an outdoor rated tv go ahead but no need.

This is a nice weight without being cumbersome and goes on/off easily. It covers a regular (not outdoor) 55" TV mounted in our outdoor space which is a deck with a roof. While we may not need a cover as much as if the TV was completely exposed to the elements, the cover protects against side winds, rain and overall moisture. Would definitely purchase again.

Very nice cover, it looks and feels to be of good quality. I don't like the pocket for the remote control that's attached to the inside of the cover, the manufacturer should have added a Velcro flap to keep the remote secure in the pocket so when you take off the cover the remote doesn't fall out. Would recommend this cover.

This cover has been great! We have a 60" tv outside and we were going to get an awning, but with this cover, no need! We have had several downpours and not a drop on the tv. We will bring the tv in for the winter, but this cover looks great and protects great - no worries!
