I use this thing all the time now. Layout and drawing on the table, layout on pipe in the bender, bending pipe, checking other's layouts...It is surprisingly strong and holds the tape well on flat surfaces. My only complaint is that I would like to see the larger magnet a bit more powerful to hold on at a bend when checking transition points. Awesome product!
