Good books for teaching kids

I was disappointed to not receive all the books. I was missing the counting book when I received my package and returned it.
Musicals do not share the same sequences of names to the picture. Made in China.

Each booklet comes with a CD filled with childrens rhymes and musicals. The sing along CD's for each booklet sings out the Alphabet, Animals, Numbers etc. however is not in sequence with the booklet. Example: View the Alphabet booklet, the book reflects A is for Apple, B is for Butterfly, C is for Cat, E is for Egg, etc. The CD sings A is for Alligator, B is for Ball, C is for Crocodile, E is for Elephant, etc. however ZERO pictures exist in the booklet that reflects these items.
How can the child have word association to the picture if the musicals do not share the same sequences of names to the picture?
