It's nice and big, seems pretty well made, and maybe I got lucky but mine actually is level. I can see with the design there's kind of a central area and an outer area and if they don't line up in manufacturing it would be a problem, but mine's good to go so I'm reviewing accordingly.

Level NOT indicating level or not! If I rotate the level on a "level" flat surface and slowly turn it 360 degrees the bubble will show off level in around 5 or 6 random places.... I'm sure the bottom of the level is not flat causing the arrant readings... I guess I'll fix it by sanding the bottom flat!

Exactly what i needed to center balance my blue bowl concentrator over a bucket. Just throw it on the center where the sands exit and adjust your sides accordingly.
