My daughter wanted "light but dark blue" and chose this exact color from Arctic Fox which is my go to brand for hair color and I've been using for years.

So we did the bleach, we did the prep, we did the whole thing. But managed to get an odd shade of green almost. It was a gorgeous color, don't get me wrong!! But definitely not what we were aiming for, and not the color the bottle showed. I've never had this issue with this brand.

Now, could this be my error? Absolutely. However, I've been dying hair for years and mostly using this brand for coloring and never experienced this type of issue so who knows. Either way, the color went on as expected, left her hair incredibly soft and smooth as always and smells great!

Great great great product. Used on my 8 yr olds hair after trying the koolaid trick, which didn't work. Girl wants half pink hair, mommy doesn't want to fry her beautiful locks and spend $100. Worked perfectly, smells fantastic, easy to use. I used probably 2-3 oz on about 6 inches of her hair, wrapped it in foil and heated it with a hair dryer a couple of times over about 35 minutes. Rinsed and dried and wa la! A lovely shade of magenta. Her hair is light to medium brown, color result is exactly as pictured in the description. It's really, really pretty and she absolutely loves it. Mommy loves that it didn't cost me an arm and a leg, or an expensive visit to a salon. Appears that it will last awhile, but I plan to reapply it as it won't damage her hair. Highly recommend.

Will stain surfaces and towels like any color would, I just used a magic eraser on my bathroom sink for a few spots. I also used gloves to rinse it out to avoid any staining.

My teenage daughter loves having color in her hair, however I dont want to damage it. This product is our compromise. It is easy to use and works pretty decent, the only thing I wish is that it lasted longer in her hair. It fades pretty quickly, but I know even permanent will fade quickly in bright colors.

Smells like grape! I use it without bleach and achieve a rich deep purple that other people have describe as "it glows in the sun", "there's pink too when you're in the light", "that is such an attractive color!"
I have long dirty blonde/mousy brown mix of hair, somewhat thin strands and straight. I used 2 bottles for my first dye, and 5-6 weeks later used a half of a bottle for re-dye. Maintained color with overtone extreme purple conditioner. Make sure to rinse out until as clear as you can get it after dying. It will transfer to pillow cases and headbands, but I had no trouble getting it out of my pillow case. I usually washed my hair every 5-7 days and that prolonged the color.
I have sensitive skin and only experienced some temporary mild itching right after dying my hair.

I've always used splat hair dye for the past 7-8 years and decided to try this. The dye worked really well and the colour is vibrant. The only issue is that it rubbed off badly the first few weeks onto my bed and clothes. I would recommend this dye though, just watch where you put your head.
