I love this headset. It is honestly the best I've ever purchased, and I'm glad I spent the extra dough on it. Here's a breakdown of my favorite features;

â'¥ Custom lighting: Want to have a little rave and make your headset strobe? Can do! It can also do a breathing effect or just a solid light. Any color you want. Or you can just turn the lights off if you want your headset charge to last 12 hrs instead of 8 hrs.
â'¥ Roomy ear muffs: This part is important to me, because I gave up a really nice Skullcandy headset due to the way it pressed against my ears instead of encasing them. I have lots of piercings that I'd rather not have crushed. Also there is very little audio bleed here.
â'¥ Great audio: For those of you that have this headset's predecessor, the G930, you'll be delighted at how loud and thumpy this audio can get in comparison. You don't even have to have it turned all the way up! 8O
â'¥ No pointless charging station: The charging station on the G930 died immediately, so Logitech learned from their mistakes. They just give you the fob--with a compartment in the headset itself where it can be stored--and a really long cord, so you don't have to be tethered in one spot when your charge runs down. No more accidentally strangling yourself.
â'¥ The mic has a compartment: Let me tell you a tale of woe and frustration about how the mic on the G930 was so very abused by my clothes, blankets, the occasional curious cat, that it stopped staying upright or even anywhere near my mouth. I always sounded like I was in a canon on Discord. I ultimately had to use twist ties to get it where I wanted.
â'¥ Sleep Mode: How many time have you taken off your headset and forgot to plug it in? As much as me? That's a lot. No need to worry as much about your charge. You can adjust the sleep mode timer too, that way it's not constantly shutting down, because everyone pauses things and stares off into nothingness for a while. (Right?)

I have only had this headset for about a week but I can say Im generally happy with it. My main reason for buying it was the wireless feature. I did a bit a research and this one seem to be the best rated.

I already have a logitech gaming mouse so it was nice to see that this headset integrated with the logitech software I already had installed. I also appreciate how the usb receiver is small in size and doesnt block adjacent usb ports

As for the negatives, I can say that the reports of this headset slipping off it you tilt your head back are real. It happens with me. I guess it depends on the shape of your head but I feel if they had used a different material for the headband cushion, I wouldn't really be seeing this. I turn off the leds to extend battery life like many have suggested. I also learned that even though it goes to sleep after 5 mins by default. you have to actually turn it off if not using it for an extended period of time as the battery will still drain. The placement of the buttons on the rear of the left ear cup is less than ideal for me as I find that when taking off the headset, I accidentally press one of the buttons sometimes unless im careful. As for sound, I have found that the surround sound features are nice to have, but I tend to prefer to have it off since enabling it lowers overall volume by a lot.

Beyond that, for the price I paid, i am happy with it as the benefit of not having wires outweighs the negatives. I definitely would not recommend buying it at its original MSRP price

I love this headset. Excelllent in everyway.

I bought this primarily for comfort, as I wear a headset from 4 to 8 hours each day. With this headset, there is no issue with wearing them for extended periods of time.

The battery life is great! I've been getting 12 hours of continous use without the LEDs on. With the LEDs on, the battery does last less. You can charge and use the headset at the same time, so you just have to be tethered with the generous 1.5 meter cable while it charges with having no interruption in use. The software also provides a 40-minute low-battery warining.

The LEDs are really for aesthetics and to look cool. I've tried configuring them to blink red when on a call, but I haven't found it to be possible. You can configure the headset with profiles that change per program in focus or with particular programs active,which is enough for gaming.

The Sound Quality is really, really good. I've enjoyed movies and tv series almost like being at the cinema.

The I/O is great. Having so many input options and configuration allows for using with almost anything. I've used it on computers, 2-in-1s, and android phones with no issue. I've also connected my phone via cable and my pc via the wireless usb dongle and have gotten audio from both at the same time. Really good.

On the broadcast range, it works just ok when plugged directly to the PC. I plugged it into a 2 meter USB extension which allows me to put it about 2 meters above the floor. This extends the range to cover almost all of my house.
