• •KNIFE SET FEATURES - Lucentee's professional knives are made from fine quality 3CR13 stainless steel coupled with laser finish, giving the blade a smooth, clear grain finish. Not only does the non-stick coating make it easy to cut with each knife, they are super easy to clean and dishwasher safe too (though we recommend hand washing for longevity). The ergonomically designed hollowed Polypropylene (PP) handle fits perfectly into the curve of your hand, thus allowing comfort whilst cutting. There are two sharpening modes - a coarse sharpener for blunt knives to be used every 6 months or so and a fine sharpener for regular use and maintenance of sharp blades. It is extremely safe and comfortable to use, with an ergonomically designed soft-grip handle - suitable for both right and left handers - and non-skid feet. It can be used for all stainless steel knives except the serrated bread knife and comes with knife sharpening guide.
