Far to narrow. Did go size smaller from 11.5 to a 10.5.
But it was far to narrow. Boot looks cheap in person and would not pass as even a medium quality shoe.
The smell test was not out of control but very noticeable. Though I didn't have them here long enough.
Note, I am not a clothes snob by any means. Just a realist. Go for Born shoes.

Boots are good looking but run very narrow I had to return them. They are made ok for cheap boots. The fake leather Smells Horrible and if they fit I could not where them because of the smell it was totally overwhelming whatever these things are made of cannot be good for your feet.

It does have a certain smell when first opened but I left them outside to air & it seems is disappearing.

Haven't worn them out yet because they are *loud* upon arrival. The squeak emitted by these innocent looking shoes is nothing short of impressive. I would say it's the combination of wet sneakers slapping on linoleum and someone picking a wedgie in a wet suit. Once I figure out how to tame these wild beasts I will take them out on the town but for now I will continue to wear them with my sweatpants and do exercises while I binge Netflix before bed. #ThisIs30

I was advised to order them a little smaller since they run big. I adjusted the size and they seem to fit very nicely. I wore them from 12pm-9pm and my feet did start to hurt around 8pm, but that's because I was mainly walking from 7-9pm. I think that's normal for anyone though. The material is much nicer than I expected and my Girlfriend even said that she liked the way the leather smelled. Little did she know there isn't any leather on the shoes.
