I had a wrist injury a couple years back and when pressing dumbbells/barbell my wrist would hurt at the end of the workout. With the support these wraps give me, I can push past the mental barrier that my wrist will be hurting in the end and thus, pushing me to press more weight. Wrist is doing great and I never forget these babies. Straps are worth the price of gold once your grip goes out in an intense workout. Gotta rock the camp as well.

There's only two things that I wish had been done differently with these. First, the material is too elastic for me, this causes it to not have as much support as it could. Second (and this is a byproduct of the first issue), the Loop section of the velcro should be closer to Hook end of the wrap. Because of the elasticity the Hook section goes past the Loops, so I can't pull as tight as I would like to. That being said, I use these items very often, and have them available on the wall for people in my gym to use as they like and I haven't gotten any complaints from them.

I bought these straps as an alternate for lifting gloves and I was not happy with them. While they do provide the support and protection I was expecting, they are very uncomfortable the moment I start to sweat. And seeing as that I am using these for weight lifting, I am sweating after the first set. These straps made me very itchy once I started to sweat which became very distracting during my sets. So much so that I would take them off entirely after a few sets and just let my hands get ripped up by the barbell/handles. Workout equipment material is very important and it seems these were made without that in mind.
I do not recommend these.
