This is my second pair of these collars & I love them. Having said that, one of them is broken. The little black nub next to the flat closing clamp is broken off. The collar does seem to still function however. I still love the collars but would appreciate a replacement if it isn't any trouble. FYI, it's just not worth it to me to take photos and make a trip to the post office for a $5 return item.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE these locking clips. They're a breeze to use for my home gym and I even take them with me to use at the gym. I have a hard time with the spring clips and these are the perfect answer to that. I haven't experienced any experience with slipping. I feel comfortable loading my bar up with these bad boys keeping the weights in place.

These are so simple to use makes Changing plates a snap. I feel safe with them on my Olympic bar. I tossed my spring locks.

I hate that my gym doesn't provide proper clips of the bars. So can't feel safe. I bought these for the purpose of being able to exercise with proper clips.

Quality inexpensive barbell collar. At the time of this review, I've not had them long, but they seem to be of similar quality to much more expensive options. They've survived barbell drops associated with dead lifts, clean & jerks, push presses, and for those that know her, Fran. I bought them because I was tired of dealing with the bent and misplaced clips at my gym. Glad I did.
