The chair I received was damaged, pre used, and missing parts.

The chair I received was pre used for starters. It had dog hair all over the harness it came with. The package itself had several holes in it. The frame had damage on both side as if two tabs had been snapped off. There were several parts missing from the product. When I opened the package there were screws and nuts just floating around freely in the package. The plastic baggy that contained several tools and other accessories had a hole in it, which I assume that where all the screws and bolts that were rolling freely in the box came from. The booklet instructions were next to useless as well as the flash drive with the video on how to assemble the product. This looked like a promising product but the quality control of this company is none existent.

This was such a god send for my 13-14yr old dog Destiny. He has since gone to doggy heaven, but this wheelchair helped him tremendously to stay active and mobile. Great quality product.

Great idea. Good design. Parts and hardware, shoddy at best. A great product is only as good as it's weakest part.
The very nice glossy booklet is useless. Maybe instead of paying for shiny pictures they should hire a technical writer.
The attaching hardware should be replaced with hardware that isn't bargain basement quality. The aluminum parts are weak and thin. All they have to do to have a quality product is use high quality parts and materials. They charge enough to cover the cost. This is a medical device, not a pony cart.

I was disappointed! My dog has horrible arthritis and can't move back legs. I was happy to find one that my pup could sit and lie down in. However, was very complicated to put together, and operate.We had to muzzle my dog,she hated it. But after moving 10 feet, I looked down and saw a nut from a bolt totally cracked in half. The materials seemed good except the side rods, which were flimsy. Broke my heart but i Returned it. Needs better instructions on how to put harness on, and put your dog in... Instructions seemed to be for another size, or outdated.
