It REALLY WORKS!

Despite other good reviews, I was skeptical about this working in the brewer. I was very familiar with the carafe-sized pods and the small turquoise circle on the top of the pods. To my surprise, this works perfectly - as soon as I insert it and close the top, it pops up with away to insert a carafe. Brilliant! I fill it pretty full - to about 1/4" from the top - and the coffee tastes great. Thanks for an awesome product that really does work as advertised.
It doesn't brew carafes well

The description says it's for use with the carafe, which is why I bought it, but it doesn't work well at all with it. I have the smallest of the K200 series of brewers ( can't remember the exact model number right now)... I've tried several different sizes of grinds and even with espresso grinds, I can't get anything but a weak tasting coffee. And even when I feel the pod to the recommended level in the instruction booklet, sometimes in the middle of brewing, the pod will pop and get grounds everywhere. The design of the pod seems flawed when compared to the carafe pods from the store; one side of it is completely open so half of the water doesn't even touch the grounds when brewing a carafe. I really don't have any positives for this product other than it can do single cups just as well as any of the other refillable pods, but that's not what I bought it for.

This works great if you add the green dot from a Keurig brand pod. I read that on someone else's review, so bought the fewest number of pods I could find. Super glued it on and now make a carafe of my loose decaf tea every day... which was my goal in buying one with the carafe feature.

I have read some reviews that it does not work with some of the newer Keurig 2.0 machines, I have the K575 which I purchased direct from Keurig within the last 4 months, so I believe that I have the newest model and it works fantastic. I filled the filter almost to the top and set the brew for 4-5 cups and it came out perfectly. I am getting ready to order a second MaxBrew 24K Gold Reusable filter just to be on the safe side and have a spare.
Not worth the hassle it will cause you!!! Start off your morning a better way...

If you try calling Keurig asking them why their brewer throws an error they will tell you that they don't support any of these reusable K-Carafe filters. Which is complete BS! So for that fact I've returned this and my Keurig because they obviously are only in it for the money if they will force you to use disposable K-Carafe filters which screw the environment and lines there pockets... Typical corporation!!! Gurrrrr
