What a great product for someone who is a diabetic. My husband uses it all the time when we are traveling far or a short distance. The ice packs stay cold, I bought 2 ice packs and they fit beautifully in the pouch with room for insulin and syringes. . Fabulous product.

One of the cool packs had a small hole in it and is no longer usable as the gel leaked everywhere......but the one that did held up during travel and it was the perfect size for all of my goodies. I'll def be using it next time!
