Great Product

These are great pitchers! I have two of them. Perfect shape and size for our small fridge that is overloaded with beverages (milk cartons, soda pop, juice bottles, etc.)
They are sturdy, don't leak or chip. The only thing is the staining inside the lid from iced tea That is to be expected. I scrub them gently with a kitchen brush. One seems to stain more than the other. I also use them for apple juice occasionally. I make sweet tea once a week for my husband.
When I first got them, I tested the seal every time by turning the closed jug around at an angle. NO leaking. I am careful to put the lid on with the spout open. then seal it. May not be necessary but sometimes the contents are still slightly warm (I don't put hot into these so not sure about how that would work, I make the tea in a glass or aluminum container then pour into these after it's cooled down.)
After a while I quit testing, until one day one seal leaked. I pulled the lid off, put it back on, and it was fine. I still test every time now because I use them constantly, and have been using since February 2019. If they start leaking or anything, I'll buy new ones!

Very good pitcher.

I purchased the 1st one in 2019. Ordered the second one and now going for a third. Good deal. I use them for sun tea. I also boil water, add tea bars and pour the boiling water over the bags.
Cleaning: lids develop tea stains after much, much use. Comes off with a product and scrubbing.

Handy pitcher

The lid seals tightly. I like the square design, as it makes it fit easily into square spaces.
Best pitcher I've ever bought

Love this pitcher for so many reasons.
PROS
--Made of tritan -- This is a very sturdy plastic that retains its good looks for a long time -- longer than most other plastics. It's BPA free, and it's the same type of plastic that Nalgene makes its water bottles out of. It's sturdy, doesn't scratch much, and remains clear for a long time. And it doesn't bend, which is what I don't like about some plastics used for pitchers. If you drop it, it might scratch but it likely won't shatter like glass would. And it's lightweight, unlike glass.
--Transparent -- It's totally clear with no tint. I like this as I can easily tell if there is any discoloration or anything strange growing in any liquid I may have in it.
--Graduated markings on the side -- These are in liters. I don't mind as liters are very close to quarts (1.9 liters = 2 quarts). So, if you have a mix calling for 1 quart of water, just fill the pitcher to a little below the 1 liter line and you'll basically have 1 quart.. Even if you fill it all the way to the 1 liter line, the difference is so small you will likely notice no difference in whatever you are making.
--Space saving -- The square shape lets you store more liquid than round pitchers with a similar footprint.
--Not too tall -- My fridge only has about 10.25" clearance on the top shelf. Many pitchers or bottles I try to put on that shelf are too tall to fit. This pitcher at 9" tall easily fits. Moreover, with the lid off, it even fits under the dispenser spout of my countertop reverse osmosis system, making it easy to fill with pure filtered water.
--Closed lid -- While not leakproof, it is reasonably sealed, minimizing spills if tipped over and preventing fridge odors from permeating whatever is in the pitcher.
CONS
--Not leakproof. Be careful as it will leak a little if tipped over.
--Short handle. I was surprised the handle is so short. It's about 2-7/8" long. It just about fits my hand without any issue, but if you have very large hands, it could be uncomfortable trying to grasp the handle. Komax could have made the handle a little longer without the pitcher taking up any more space in the fridge.
I don't feel the cons are significant enough for me to take off a star. So I give this a five-star ratings and would readily buy this great pitcher again.

Fits so well into fridge

This is my third one as I really like how it fits so easily into the side fridge holders regardless of the fridge brand. They are very sturdy and look. Also clean up very well.
