Gaining strength in my legs and knees again.

My brother in law is a personal trainer and I've been looking for ways to strengthen my legs and knees and hopefully avoid another knee surgery. I've enjoyed using these and don't have as much pain when I stand at my job all day. This doesn't come with the straps you need so if you don't have them I suggest you buy them together. Thankfully my brother in law had the straps already.
