May work for someone else...I asled for 15 inch rings, since that is what the IKEA product called for. They were too big. Plus you could CLEARLY see where the rings were welded together. Goldish, then a bronze color like random wires were found and put together *smh*

These lamp shade rings are going to enable me to replace the (not original, awful looking) lampshades for some vintage Marbro lamps that I have. These lamps are quite tall and it seems that current lamp shade fashion is for relatively short shades. I am not in the right tax bracket to order custom shades - so this way I can just make this happen (and then I don't have to hear complaints about the "ugly lamps" because the shades don't work adequately. I haven't completed my project but these lamp shade rings are precisely what I need. Construction on them looks fine, and the delivery was very timely.
