I grew up in a culture where Tahini is part of everyone's diet, and this is the best tasting black tahini that I have ever had!! No added salt or sugar, just the pure goodness of lightly toasted black sesame paste that is naturally rich in layered flavors... It is extremely spreadable, and I love it so much that I use it on everything (toast, bagel, crackers, and even rice). I even have a big spoonful of it, just by itself, as part of my breakfast. In general, I am not that obsessed with "organic" food, but this one happens to be certified organic and it is made in the USA. Super pluses!!
