After a year and half of searching for a quality ornament storage solution that wasn't just flimsy cardboard fillers or preset hole sizes that only hold up to a set size ornament, I landed on this. At first I was unsure as the cost was higher than other systems out there and there were only 5 reviews. I am so glad I took the chance. We bought the 120 ornament size for $219 with 5 pull out containers. We have ornaments ranging from very small to some that are 14" long or to some that are 6" wide. Even without removing any of the cross sections, the squares are quite big and deep. There are a lot of pieces, so I was nervous about putting it together, but aside from the wheels, everything went together well. I am not a master putter-togetherer, so it took me a bit, as the instructions are pictures only, but figured it out. The wheels, I think are supposed to snap in place, but I could not get them to stay without falling out. It may be user error, I am sure it is. For me, we don't have to have the wheels, so not too concerned, but I am sure my husband will figure it out. It is larger than I expected, which is good to hold more, and is very durable and easy to use. The only downside is that the drawers easily come off the rails. They are supposed to be removable, but the rails don't slide back and forth seamlessly and the holders sometimes come straight off when pulling them out. Otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars. It is great and functional, and I am glad I bought it, but for $219, I would wish for a slightly better mechanical function and better instructions. Yet, it is definitely better than other systems out there!

Great for Christmas storage!

The assembly was fairly easy. Had a few hiccups. The quality is amazing. Feels very sturdy. I am missing a clip for one of the dividers but I'd say that's not bad for this item that is going to be a HUGE time saver during the holidays.

UPDATED REVIEW, 4 STARS: Received the 2nd one ordered and I am happy to say that it is in perfect condition. Yea! I'm not going to give it 5 stars though, simply because of the return policy. No exchange, only return and reorder, requiring the tough repacking and no UPS pick-up options for a heavy, defective item. Luckily my husband was able to get it loaded up and to the UPS Store. The 2nd storage chest went together much easier and everything lined up perfectly. I suspect that this was the issue with my 1st chest - it just seemed a bit wonky. I'd like to also report that the adjustable sections are able to accommodate my larger ornaments, to include Radko, Polanaise, and 4" glass balls. There is great space between the shelves as well so no worries about the above drawers rubbing against my ornaments. I also purchased Gaylord Archival's shredded tissue paper for nesting, which I highly recommend. Get it from Amazon Prime (free shipping but pricier) or online from Gaylord (paid shipping but with a new customer discount code).

Love this and Balsam Hills. I was able to organize all of my ornaments and picks in one system. I was able to fill this with ornaments for two Christmas trees. You can easily see what's in each drawer and pull out individual drawers as needed.
