The bed is well made and soft. Our puppy seems to sleep comfortably on it. The only downside and why I can't give it 5 stars is it makes a crunchy sound that had our puppy attacking it first. I thought she would have it torn to shreds before she ever slept on it. My guess is the sound is a result of whatever makes it waterproof. If it wasn't for the crunchy sound it would be a 5 star product. After your pet gets accustomed to sound it isn't as big a deal.

I wanted a bed that was washable, and this one has been through the wash and dryer every week for 5 months and still is perfect (except for the fact it is white, so some stains are visible.) I think it may come in other colors, but I seriously thought this would be destroyed before it got dirty, so I paid less for the white.
