Amazing Russian or Ukrainian buckwheat! That same smell of childhood buckwheat. Grains remain separated after cooking. Use 1.5 cups of water to 1 cup of washed buckwheat. Cover the lid and cook in slow fire until all water is gone. Garnish with olive oil and salt and there you go!
