These are saviors to men who run! I can't go on a 5 mile jog with a shirt on without bleeding. These lasted a a while marathon as well as hundreds of miles of training! If you are bleeding, get these!

They're okay. A bit difficult (and painful) to remove. IMO, cut a band-aid in half (right in the middle of the gauze part) and just use that. After your run, the gauze part can be used as a tab/handle to pull off. Works just as well, or better, and costs about $.05 each.
