I used Petpost Cat Ear Cleaner to first treat my one year old tabby cat for ear mites. This cleaner eliminated the mites and I think that it did the job well. I am also going to be using this product from now on to prevent ear mites. It is made from natural ingredients, which is a big plus! It was also helpful how the company sent me an email of instructions of how to use this cleaner for best results. I highly recommend this product to all cat owners!

Revised: I am revising my original review of this product because of the excellent customer service. This company truly cares about their customer's satisfaction. Personally I did not take advantage of their money back guarantee, because I felt I'd used too much of the product in trying to resolve my cat's ear infestation but the company pursued to ensure my satisfaction and issued a refund when I disclosed that it had not worked.
They are a very good company and genuinely care that their products work well so here's what I recommend based on my experience:
If your pet has a minor infection of Earmites or you are looking for a safe, natural preventative treatment, this is the perfect product.
If your pet has a more severe case of Earmites then a home remedy such as this will not work and only a trip to a vet, who can properly and safely clean and treat your pet's ears, will resolve the problem.
They are a very good company and genuinely care that their products work well so here's what I recommend based on my experience:

Bought this cause I wanted a product that killed the mites, and wouldn't harm my cats like a Pyrethin- based product would. Does it work? Wouldn't know. the ad says 'best ear mite' this-and-that, but the bottle makes no mention of mites, and the ingredients are: a surfactant, and 4 inert ingredients (one is coconut oil). I goggled it, and the idea is that the liquid might "smother the mites"... so might Vaseline. Not that I would put Vaseline in my cat's ears, but any fluid 'might' drown the mites.
To me this is a misrepresentation in order to sell a product. This stuff costs about 20 dollars. Pretty sure the FTC has laws about misrepresentation. returning this, and buying a product that kills mites and wont harm my cats.

AWESOME product. I have a Great Dane with natural ears (no ear crop) and they are notorious for ear infection and they get ugly infections too. Once a month with this product to remove buildup and then a dash of Colloidal Silver to stop and prevent infection, and my Dane is happy happy happy dog! Even used during full blown infection, this product melts away the wax into something that can be easily wiped out of the ears. Hint: Warm up the bottle to body temp in a sink of warm water before squirting in the ear and they won't even feel it! Then STAND BACK because they're going to shake it out all over the place.

I've been fighting with my cats nasty ears for t years! We have tried everything there are no mites the vet said it was yeast, every time I would rub his ears you could hear liquid. I even tried ear powder to soak it up. I've have used this product 3 times on him and there is no liquid sound and his ears remain clean for days. I had given up hope on getting his ears clean.
