This mix adds a nice flavor with a tiny bit of spice. Just mix with two mashed avocados and you have guacamole. It's a little confusing because Concord has several kinds of guac mixes. I like the Classic Mild, which is completely different from the regular Mild. I've gotten the regular Mild before, thinking it would be pretty much the same, but the regular Mild has a lot of red bell pepper flavor, which I don't care for at all. But the Classic Mild is good stuff!
