I love this product. I had back surgery, with screws and plates. I found it very uncomfortable to sit in my favorite recliner, as my surgery lined up with a wooden part of the chair. I had a really nice, fairly thick, fleece blanket I used to cover the seat, and back, but it was still hard on the surgery. I looked at all the sheepskin, and was somewhat taken aback by the cost. I saw this one and was impressed by both the price, and the baby lying on it. Babies need padded and soft. I have not been disappointed. My back does not hurt while sitting, sleeping in my recliner. It has made a hugh difference.

These were purchased for twins (grandbabies) that will be preemie babies. I used lambskins with my own children, and know it makes a HUGE difference in sleep. Babies cannot maintain their body temperatures which disturbs their sleep. A lambskin keeps them warm in the cold, and cool in the heat! I trusted Woolino because the skins are sanitized. These are beautiful, soft, and a very generous and usable size. My babies used a longer nap (unshorn) that looked more vanilla to yellow in color, but I chose these for the white color. The short nap is also beautiful, and it doesn't matter-both work the same. Don't get hung up on nap; choose the color that you like. One of these was taken out of the packaging at the baby shower. There was a fussy 7 month old there. She was placed on the lambskin. She immediately started stroking the lambskin. This soothed her and her eyes started getting heavy. Don't question whether a lambskin is worth the price. It totally is! They last forever if you take care of them. Pregnant mom (of twins) is finding comfort lounging on one of our over-twenty year old lambskins. This is an awesome product.

I'm a huge fan of these lamb skins for use with babies. They are a bit pricey, but absolutely indispensable when it comes to health, comfort, and sleep. Take "lamby" wherever you go--feels and smells like home! The natural fibers are friendly to the skin. Can spot-clean as needed, and can also wash in the washing machine (line dry) as needed (with proper cleanser). Definitely one of my "MUST-HAVES" for baby.

This sheepskin is beautiful and great for tummy time. The smell and texture is soothing. My baby is crawling now but he still finds it comforting. Spot cleaning is best. The back dried out a bit after machine wash even with wool detergent.
