Just received it in the mail today. It is missing the removable foam fly patch for the front pockets. As others have mentioned the zipper pull is on the left side. Still functional however. I'm looking forward to putting It to use. 3 stars for missing the foam fly patches.

UPDATE: Maxcatch read my review and on their own contacted me. They are currently shipping me replacement fly patches and a couple extra goodies on top for the inconvenience. WOW! That's taking care of your customers. Bump to 5 stars

Just got back from 7 days of fly fishing the kenai river and this pack was great. Tons of pockets (takes a while to figure them all out when your wearing it) and super easy to use, all this for a fraction of a fishpond setup. Plenty big to go over my jacket (6'2" 215lbs) and 1 day i used under the jacket so can work for both. The only reason it got 4 start over 5 is its fit and finish. Lots of little errant strings that look like over time might unravel rendering somethings not as useful/effective but we will see as after the trip it almost looks just as good as it did before the trip. I would buy this again and recommend it to a friend. And yes that is a bear behind me in 1 photo but don't worry she's way farther away than this pic looks.

I'm not a fisherman, but I was looking for a sling bag that is relatively small but can still hold a lot of stuff, and the v-comf sling far exceeded my expectations.

There are two pockets that are the full size of the bag, large enough to hold a 175 gram frisbee with a little room to spare. One of these has another pocket within it to keep things separated and help with organization.

There is another pocket which is perfect for my Bluetooth speaker (scosche boombottle), one which is great for a pelican 1020 case and a couple other small items, and another which is perfect for wallet, phone, knife, small lantern, etc. The webbing pocket is a little small for a water bottle but is great for bug spray or sun screen. The net sleeve is perfect for a set of devil sticks.

If I were going to change anything about this bag, I would add a hole for a hydration tube and a clip to hold a bladder. Also there is no way to stow the waist strap when not in use, but these are minor issues which I am going to attempt to address with modifications. All in all a great bag!
